30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At goFarmRate, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscription plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription type
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service

Please note that refunds are only available for the initial purchase of a subscription plan. Renewals and subscription upgrades are not eligible for refunds unless there was a technical error on our part.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@gofarmrate.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Your subscription plan name
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of your original purchase

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Prorated Refunds for Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan before the end of your billing cycle, you will receive a prorated credit that will be applied to your next billing cycle. We do not provide cash refunds for mid-cycle downgrades.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • After your billing period ends, you will automatically be moved to our free plan
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing period unless eligible under our 30-day guarantee

Exceptions

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Technical issues caused by third-party services or your own systems

Free Plan

Our free plan is provided at no cost and is not subject to refunds. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to access additional features.
